Fire your drop shipping agent!!Dec 03, 2008
I can't even begin to rate this product as I have yet to get past the horrible customer service skills of home and living. I am assuming that this is a drop shipping agent, who handles all the calls and if so, you may want to re-think that. I called SEVERAL times all in less than 12 hours after I made the purchase to try and change a shipping address. I mean how freakin hard can it be?? I was told "I will get back with you once I speak with the manufacturer" and that never happened. Then I go to the "Home and Living" website to see about the order and what do you know, no record. I have a record on my credit card for sure!!!
In the future I will deal directly with the manufacturer as these other people are all working on the same brain, that is only half functioning. Either it is "Yes we can change the address" or "No we can't!" It really is that simple so why the hassle?
